This external website allows you to complete the IBD-Control-8 and download an anonymous copy of the score, along with the question responses (colour coded) summarised using a new “wheel” visualisation tool.

This QR code takes you to a prototype app, deployed as a static website hosted on GitHub. This site does not store any of your information but allows you to download a copy of the completed questionnaire for testing.
